Lantern Making (Lister Park Lantern Parade 2024)

I attended a series of lantern making workshops with Cecil Green Arts in Bradford. It's my first time making a lantern like this, using willow and paper. Over about 5 weeks I created this hummingbird lantern, building up a 3D shape, adding the LEDs and applying the crepe paper for colour. I also attended the parade a performed with the Cecil Green arts troupe.
